Dredging Pumps
– Dragflow®, Italy ‘White Metal’ series of submersible dredging pumps are marketed by CAPE Malaysia. Dragflow® produces both electrical and hydraulically operated dredging pumps. Pump components which are subjected to wear are manufactured from a special alloy with a high chromium content providing excellent abrasion resistance. Dragflow® hydraulic agitators and power packs are also available.
Hydraulic Impact Hammers (MENCK)
MENCK Hydraulic Hammers are available in different set-ups purpose built for your application. They operate above water and under water, on inclined and straight piles, from the smallest piles to the largest with literally no limitations.
Intelligent Seals and Gaskets
- KaMOS® RTJ Seal and KaMOS® Camprofile Gaskets are manufactured by Karmsund Maritime Offshore Supply AS, Norway. Targeting the chemical, oil and gas industries the RTJ seal and Camprofile gasket system allows the integrity of the seal to be tested without testing the pipe run that has been repaired or modified. The design of both seal systems incorporates an annulus between the inner and outer seal area. The annulus is pressurised during the testing process and indicates operational inner seal failure prior to total seal failure. This ability to predict imminent seal problems allows planned and not reactive maintenance to be implemented. The seals are available in a wide range of sizes, materials and pressure ratings. The system is particularly useful in process using very corrosive materials.
KaMOS® Portable Valve Actuator
- This piece of equipment allows manual valves to be opened / closed using a compressed air drive. It is very user friendly and installation is a one-time operation. The unit can be supplied in its own self-contained box.
Oil Spill Containment Equipment
- Menter Mantis Cyf produces a range of oil skimmers and separators at its factory in Wales, U.K. The skimmers can be successfully operated in both manmade and natural environments removing oil from the surface of both fresh and salt water.
Cutter & Excavator Bucket Pumps
– Primarily designed as attachments for the ‘Watermaster’ range of back hoe dredgers these European manufactured attachments can be mounted on to conventional excavators allowing materials to be cut or excavated, mixed with water and then pumped distances of up to 1km.
Microtunnelling
– Trenchless installation of underground utilities and sewers with minimal above ground disruption can be achieved using microtunnelling. Systems can be installed from 200mm diameter up to 3000mm diameter. WIRTH-SOLTAU GmbH manufactures a range of equipment including the RVS 80 which is capable of pipe installations in the 150mm diameter to 400mm diameter range. The jacking shaft required for the machine is only 2m diameter. Under suitable ground conditions drives of up to 100m can be achieved with the RVS 80. In addition to the Wirth –Soltau microtunnelling machines a range of ancillary equipment is available including Power Couplers, Intermediate Jacking Stations (IJS), Separation Plants and Entry and Exit Rings and Seals.
